What you are looking for is the Quick Startup Guide: http://redmine.jabox.org/projects/jabox/wiki/Quick_Startup_Guide
It’s not updated yet to latest release (0.1.0) but it will be soon. As I see there is visibility issues I may migrate the page to github wiki.
